| 摘 要： | 当前恐怖主义活动日益呈现出政治性、组织性、暴力性、智能性、国际性、预谋性等特征,为预防和打击恐怖主义活动,各国政府要充分重视,加强国际合作,依靠国际组织和有关专门反恐机构的力量,充分运用现代科技手段和情报信息,切断恐怖主义组织的资金来源,消除恐怖主义产生的根源,力争从根本上铲除恐怖主义。

| Abstract: | Terrorist activities today are becoming increasingly political, organized, violent, intellectual, international and malicious. In order to preclude and crack down on terrorist activities every State government must pay great attention,and enhance international cooperation. Every State government must, relying on the power of international organizations and special counterterrorism institutions, making full use of modern scientific and technological means and information, cut off fund source of terrorism and eliminate their roots,work hard for uprooting terrorism. |
