| 摘 要： | 女性的违法犯罪,影响社会女性的整体形象,影响到社会的道德风尚,尤其影响到家庭的方方面面。其特点:1、犯罪类型多与家庭问题有关;2、犯罪动机较多集中在家庭矛盾与冲突;3、犯罪场所多为家庭及家庭周边环境;4、犯罪过程多经历了从受害人到犯罪人的“恶逆变”。

| Abstract: | Female offending and crimes influence the holistic appearance of female and moral and custom in the society.Particularly influence all the aspects of families.Its characteristics are: 1,Most crime types relating to family life; 2,Motivation of crimes centralizes on family inconsistency and conflicts;3,Sites of crimes are usually in their houses or surrounding environment;4,Most criminals experienced the process of "vicious changing" from a victim to offender. |
