| 摘 要： | 近年来，美国的犯罪态势呈现出较为独特的变化趋势。美国警务一般性改革，通常在全国范围内推广适用，旨在提高警方解决某些一般性问题的能力；美国警务特定性改革主要是针对特定类型犯罪的改革战略，旨在解决特定地域、特定时段、特定类型的犯罪问题。

American policing general reform usually has been promoted and applied in the whole country in order to improve the police＇s ability of solving general problems. The specific reform of American policing mainly aim at the reforming strategy of specific crime and solve crime problems in specific areas, periods and types. |
