如何认识经济法与相关法律的关系

部分法的划分具有相对性。对经济法与民法、商法、行政法之间关系的认识不能绝对化。其间的联系与区别按照民法、商法、经济法、行政法的排列顺序,从民法到行政法,私法属性不断减弱,公法属性不断增长。其中,以社会法为纽带,私法属性与公法属性的消长变化,说明法律对于社会关系的调整,分别有自身的任务和功能,并呈现出相继联结的内在联系。

How to Understand the Relations Between Economic Law and Relevant Laws

The classification of branch laws has relativity, so we can't absolutely understand the relations between economic law and relevant laws: civil law, commercial law and administrative law. These laws have connections as well as differences. In the sequence of civil law, commercial law, economic law, and administrative law civil, the property of private law is gradually weakening, while the property of public law is gradually increasing. Taking social law as a link, the weakening and increasing property of private law or public law have shown that branch laws make adjustments of social relations with respective functions and tasks, and having their inner connections as well.
