| 摘 要： | 经济纠纷案件中涉及笔迹检验尤其是摹伤笔迹检验的比例日益增多。研究探讨有关摹仿笔迹在经济纠纷案件中的新类型及其特点,以及对此应采取的检验对策,在实践中有十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In the cases relating to economic disputes,the verification of handwriting,especially the imitated handwriting has in-creased day by day,hence it is of great importance in practice to make a study of the new types and characteristics of imitated handwriting in the cases relating to economic disputes and take appropriate countermeasures against it. |
