| 摘 要： | 在看守所被羁押的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人因触犯刑律的不同,其羁押表现也各不相同。从当前形势看,在押人员羁押表现量刑化有其现实需要;从法律角度看,在押人员羁押表现量刑化有其创新需要;从审判角度看,在押人员羁押表现量刑化有其可操作性。为此,应加强看守所在押人员羁押表现量刑化的制度建设。

| Abstract: | The criminal suspects and defendants held in detention stations behave variously because of their different violations.In view of present situation,the measurement of penalty on detainees according to their performance is practically necessary;from the legal perspective,it is creatively needed;from the judicial perspective,it is feasible.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the system of imposing penalty on detainees in accordance with their behaviors in detention stations. |
