| 摘 要： | 警察权的性质是由国家性质决定的,警察权是国家赋予专门机关行使的一项专门权力,它以国家权力为后盾,以强制手段不定期实现统治阶级的意志。其内容由国家法律加以明确规定,公安机关须正确运用警察权为现实斗争服务。

| Abstract: | The nature of police power is determined by the nature of the state. Police power is a special power entrusted to the special organ by the state in order to be executed, which is backed by the power of the state and realize the will of the ruling class by the means of enforcement. Its content is explicitly stipulated by the law of the state. Public security organ must make proper use of police power to serve the realistic struggle. |
