论基础教育在构建和谐社会中的使命

摘    要:构建和谐社会的问题受到了党和政府的高度关注,也成为社会各界热烈讨论的重要话题。基础教育与和谐社会的内在统一使其本应成为社会和谐发展的促进力量,但现实教育的变调却使基础教育非但没有缓解和消除各种社会失谐问题,还再生和强化了原有的问题。为切实促进社会的和谐发展,基础教育从初级目标上而言,要能够成为消释社会差异和不平等结构的“缓冲带”;从高级目标上而言,要完成培养全面发展的人及建设和谐共同体的中小学校两项任务。

Abstract:The most important reason why constructing harmonious society becomes popular lies in various disharmonies in the social structure order,social spirits and social relationship in today's society.The unity of basic education and harmonious society,however,should be the impetus for developing harmonious society,yet the dissimilated education itself not only cannot relieve or eliminate varions social disharmonies,but instead recreate and compound the existed problems.In order to promote the development of harmonious society,basic education should primarily serve as a buffer that can eliminate social differences and unfairness,and the advanced goal for basic education is to foster people of all-around development and integrate elementary and high school into the harmonious communities.
