| 摘 要： | 侦检一体模式的核心是确立检察官在侦查阶段的主导地位,并增强检察机关对侦查程序的监控力度.作者认为,侦检一体模式立足于检察官、警察的专业本质,着眼于刑事侦查的任务,调整了检警之间的角色关系,使警察和检察官能更好地合作,共同服务于追诉的目的,具有内在的合理性和外在的可行性.推行侦检一体,有必要对现行的刑事侦查程序加以改革,建立以审判为中心的审前程序,树立检察官的权威和加强对犯罪嫌疑人权利的保障.
