| Abstract: | The Model Law on Competition is the most important fruit of Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy, which is belong to United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. With great flexibility and perspective, the Model Law on Competition is a reflection of the development of international competition law. Meanwhile, it is a helpful efforts to draft competition law for developing countries and to harmonize the rules of competition globally. |
