| 摘 要： | 目前我国医疗纠纷逐年增多，成为社会各界普遍关注的热点问题。同时，医疗纠纷解决机制的各种弊病也不断暴露出来，医疗纠纷解决现状令人堪忧。因此，如何克服医疗纠纷各种调解机制的自身缺陷，实现人民调解、行政调解、司法调解三种方式之间的有机衔接具有重要的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | At present, The medical dispute in China is increasing year by year, which has became the hot issues in the community. At the same time, all kinds of defects in medical dispute resolution mechanism have been exposed, the status of medical dispute resolution has been worried. Therefore, how to overcome a variety of medical dispute mediation mechanism of their own shortcomings and realizing organic convergence among the people, administrative, judicial mediation, have great theoretical and practical significance. |
