| 摘 要： | 法律信仰是信仰者结合超验体验和理性确信、穿越精神虚拟和物质现实，强化主体意识和工具价值的一种超现实的精神活动。当代中国必须建构实在法、伦理法和自然法三位一体的法律信仰的理想图景，以解开僵化的“制度之网”，弥合法律文化的断裂和混乱，进而发挥法律信仰的精神激励、文化整合、凝聚和约束功能，至此从根本上验证了为现实功利所累，站在此岸看彼岸的法律信仰不可能论者的不堪一击。
