| Abstract: | The right of free emigration that has been re-written into the Constitution is absolutely inevitable either from the perspective of necessary civil right or from the perspective of a sudden need caused by the situation of the socialist market economy.And it will be promotie to the solution of this issue if some erroneous areas in understanding the rihgt to emigrate freely are clarified. |
