| 摘 要： | 本文将生物安全国际法的基本原则归纳为风险预防原则、国际合作原则、无害利用原则和谨慎发展原则,对这四项原则的概念、法律依据和典型例证进行了分析并从理论上进行了说明,同时还阐述了这四项原则之间的内在联系。

On Basic Principles of International Bio-safety Law |

| Abstract: | This paper includes the basic principles of international bio-safety law as Precautionary Principle, International Cooperation Principle, Principle of Harmless Utilization and Principle of Cautious Development. Besides the theoretical analysis, the concepts, legal basis and typical cases of the four principles have been focused, and the inherent and logical relations of the four also have been discussed. |
