| 摘 要： | 罗尔斯《正义论》的发表，标志着西方政治哲学的主题从自由转为了平等，他认为正义意味着平等。正义和平等是法律的基本价值追求和目标，从法哲学角度上探讨罗尔斯的正义平等观，对于我国法制化建设、构建和谐社会以及应对金融危机，有着重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The publication of Justice Theory written by Rawls marks the main theme of political philosophy in western tranforming from freedom to equality.Rawls holds that justice means equality.Justice and equality are basic value and goal of the law.There is very important reference for the construction of legalization and harmonious society and the response to the financial crisis by discussing justice and equality concept of Rawls from the angle of law and philosophy. |
