| 摘 要： | 文章分析了持凶器的犯罪嫌疑人的心理因素,探讨了控制和制服持凶器的犯罪嫌疑人战术的组织与实施方法,并针对当前公安民警在对持凶器的犯罪嫌疑人的执法战斗中应注意的问题,提出了相应的对策与建议,以期为公安民警在执法战斗中能更有效地控制与制服持凶器的犯罪嫌疑人。

| Abstract: | Here the author makes detailed analysis on the psychology factors owned by the criminals with lethal weapons. And raises own ideas of strategic planning and enforcement on how to bring the criminals with lethal weapons under control. For the existing questions and attentions arising from the policemen's law enforcement, this article also lists related suggestions and countermeasures. In general, the article is aiming at contributing more efficiency to the control of criminals with lethal weapons in real law enforcement. |
