| Abstract: | The campus culture of public security higher education institutions, characterized by the combined features of both common campus culture and that of the public security school, is the significant channel to carry out quality education. It is embodied in the respects of higher education practice and is influential to the formation of the synthesized qualities of the students. The construction of the platform of systematic culture, spiritual culture and material culture of the quality education is studied and discussed. |
