| 摘 要： | 公安刑事侦查中和解制度建立和适用的积极意义不容置疑。然而，我们在适用时，必须保持足够的理性，应当尽可能的预见并有针对性地解决实践中可能遇到的问题，使公安侦查阶段的刑事和解成为我国和谐社会刑事法治建设中的一项积极有效的制度。

| Abstract: | It is indubitable that Victim-Offender-Mediation in the criminal investigation has great positive significance.However,we should treat this new method that may promote the criminal justice in the harmonious society reasonably,because we should do our best to forecast the problems confronting us and find the countermeasures to solve these problems in order to make Victim-Offender-Mediation a positive and effective system in the construction of the rule-of-law and harmonious society. |
