| 摘 要： | 在世界上很多发达国家都已经废除死刑的前提下,中国的死刑制度成为学术界讨论的热点,然而保留或废除死刑都面临重重压力。抛开死刑的存废之争,对现有死刑执行方式进行改良,显然是更务实的做法。普及注射死刑,对于推动法律文化的进步,使法律文化与国际接轨,具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In the context that many developed countries have currently abolished death penalty,Chinese death penalty system has been a hot controversy topic.Nevertheless,whether keeping or abolishing death penalty is a serious problem in China which is facing lots of obstructers.It is obviously a more pragmatic method nowadays to improve the enforcement of the existing death penalty by ignoring the dispute about whether abolishing the death penalty or not.Popularizing the lethal injection is of great importance to improve the legal culture and make it conform with the international practices. |
