论犯罪现场勘查的原则

“及时、全面、细致、客观”曾被作为现场勘查的要求写进侦查学教科书,得到侦查实际部门和侦查学术界的广泛认同。但随着勘查实践的变化、社会的发展和法制的进步,随着侦查、勘查工作规范化、专业化、现代化程度的不断提高,对这些要求必须提升到原则的高度来对待,并且,现代现场勘查还必须贯彻合法、科学、安全的原则。因此现场勘查应坚持合法、及时、全面、细致、客观、科学、安全七项原则。

Principles about Reconnaissance of Crime - Scene

"Timely, overall, careful and objectivity", which have been approved by practice and academy, were once regarded as the demands of reconnaissance of crime-scene and were clearly stated in text. But with the change of reconnaissance practice, social progress, legal system perfect, and with further promotion of standardized, specialized and modernized of investigative and reconnaissance work level, we should regard legitimacy, timely, overall, careful, objectivity, science and security as the principles applied in reconnaissance scene.
