| 摘 要： | 通过对发达国家与转型国家私有化过程的分析,运用福利经济学的基本理论,可以建立一个分析国有资产私有化影响因素的理论框架。这一分析框架,有助于揭示发达国家与转型国家不同的私有化动因及其路径选择,也有助于从产权明晰和支持性制度安排的视角剖析我国国有产权变革的历史进程,并由此把握我国国有资产管理体制改革从建立现代企业制度向建立现代产权制度演变的经济逻辑。 |

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the denationalization process of developed country and country in transition, we can establish a theoretical framework to analyze the variables influencing the denationalization of state-owned assets with the basic theory of welfare economics. This theoretical framework helps us to analyze the motivation and way of denationalization between developed country and country in transition, to survey the historical course of ownership reform of our country's state-owned assets with the perspective of clearly established ownership and supporting institution arrangement, so to grasp the economy logic of administration system reform evolving from establishing modern enterprise system to establishing modern property system. |
