| Abstract: | Global talent crisis and great profits occurred by importing talents are the main reasons of this talent struggle. Facing the chance and challenge of knowledge economy and WTO, talent-actuality in China is anxious and China should teaching managerial department of the Party School of Dalian Municipal Committee of CPC developed a set of software named Teaching Management System of the Party School of Dalian Municipal Committee of CPC, and basically realized computer-based teaching management. |
