| 摘 要： | 食品犯罪的泛滥,透示着食品犯罪防控的缺失与不足。犯罪的防控是一项系统工程,食品犯罪的防控也不例外。一方面,对食品犯罪的预防的重心在于经济、社会和制度的良好建构;另一方面,要通过完善食品行政监管、强化食品行政执法、加大食品犯罪打击力度,强化食品犯罪控制,进而实现对食品犯罪的综合治理。

On the Prevention and Control of the Food Crimes |

| Abstract: | A wide spread of food crimes has shown the lack or deficiency of relevant prevention and control . Prevention of crime is a systematic work , and food crimes are no exception.We believe that, on one hand, the fo-cus of the prevention of food crimes exists in the good construction of economic , society and system; on the other hand, in order to realize the comprehensive management of food crimes , the control of such crimes needs to be strengthened through the better administrative supervision , the stronger administrative law enforcement , and the more fierce combat against food crimes . |
