| 摘 要： | 作为一个独立的系统工程，应用法学教育由核心理念、目标设定及相关制度构成，且通过各部分之间相互协调而发挥其整体功效。我国应用法学教育在目标设定、教学方式、法律良知的培养和师资队伍建设等方面存在的偏差是导致理论与实践“两张皮”现象的重要原因。确立“教育服务市场”理念、加快应用法学理论研究，从培养目标、培养模式、课程体系、教学队伍、实训条件、教学管理等方面加强专业建设、整合相关资源，是完善我国应用法学教育系统工程的最佳路径。

| Abstract: | As an independent system,the applied law education consists of the core concept,goal setting and related institutional structure,and all the parts exert an overall efficacy through coordinating with one another.However,there exist some questions on training teachers and legal conscience team construction.The best way to perfect our country’s law education is to establish"education service market" concept,speed up the application research of legal theory,and from the training goal,mode of training,course system,teaching staff,training conditions,teaching management to strengthen major construction. |
