| Abstract: | Acceding to WTO quickens the step of Chinese economy to the international cooperation. It is necessary for the government to adjust the sense, system and the way of behavior to managing the economy and society. Establishing the government function under the present situation, reforming and adjusting the government function should apply to the rules of WTO. |
