| 摘 要： | 刑释人员的再社会化问题研究的内容方式或方法随着社会的发展变化而不同。本文把监狱服刑和刑释人员回归社会联系起来，分析狱内狱外生活状况问题对刑释人员再社会化的影响。重点就完善刑释人员社会保障制度寻求问题进行探讨，以消除“监狱一社会”二元模式带来的消极后果。关注刑释人员的生活状况，解决其实际困难，促使其向合格的守法公民方向发展，从而更好地实现再社会化。

| Abstract: | The development of society determines the research method of the released prisoners＂ re-socialization. Through analyzing the change of their life, the article takes a probe into how to perfect the social security system of the released prisoners so as to eliminate the negative consequences, solve their life difficulties, help them lawabiding citizens and finally realize their re-socialization. |
