| 摘 要： | 少数民族流动人口作为流动人口的特殊而又重要的组成部分,其中的一些人给城市带来了一定的违法犯罪问题,影响了城市社会的安定团结。少数民族流动人口违法犯罪既不完全同于少数民族违法犯罪,也不完全同于流动人口违法犯罪,而是兼具二者的特点。基于对兰州市的实地调查,可概括出城市少数民族流动人口违法犯罪具有区域集中、以侵财型为主、手段暴力化、共同犯罪与团伙犯罪较多、多次作案与连续作案并存、女性犯罪时有发生、犯罪低龄化以及毒品违法犯罪猖獗等特点。

| Abstract: | Monority floating population is a special and important part of floating population, among which some people bring urban crimes and affect the city＇s social stability and unity. The crime is diifferent from that of minority as well as that of floating population, but both the two characteristics. Based on surveys of Lanzhou City, we can summarize that it characters a regional focus, violent property, means violence, common crime and gang crimes, more numerous and continuous crime, women crime, younger age crime and rampant drug-related crimes. |
