| 摘 要： | 轻伤害案件在公诉阶段适用刑事和解存在诸多问题。故此，应协调各项制度措施，规范轻伤害案件公诉阶段刑事和解程序：建立程序引导监督机制，实现轻伤害案件和解前置；探索调解方式的现代转型，保障和解协议的法律效力。

| Abstract: | As to the case of slight damage,there exist many problems when it is applied criminal reconciliation in the public prosecution stage.Therefore,various measures should be reconciliated to normalize the criminal reconciliation procedure;the supervision mechanism should be established to realize the reconciliation-preposition;and the reconciliation way should be explored to transform to safeguard the legal effect of the agreement. |
