Legal thinking on Li Yang＇s domestic violence

Domestic violence is an ugly social problem,which has drawn global attention.It does harm to women＇s physical and mental health,damages family harmony and endangers social stability, which cannot be allowed by the whole society.This paper started with Li Yang＇s domestic violence,analyzed the shortage of legislation and enforcement of anti domestic violence in China,showing the difference in solving this problem between China and other nations.It made explorations into the ways of preventing and stopping domestic violence,and called for the whole society to help prevent and eliminate domestic violence.
