融资体制的扭曲及后果

我国融资渠道不畅 ,融资体制扭曲 ,银行信贷成为企业融资的主要来源。融资体制以国有经济为导向 ,能够在证券市场进行融资的 ,绝大部分又都是国有企业 ,这种融资格局和导向同现实的经济增长格局和投资绩效不配比 ,最终会造成国有银行资产质量恶化 ,加剧金融风险。
