| 摘 要： | 自1999年至今,俄罗斯经济已连续4年增长。2003年俄经济将继续增长,但增幅不会太大,GDP增长率可预测为3.5％-4.5％。这样预测的理由是,占主导地位的积极因素将决定会继续增长,依然存在的消极因素将决定增速不会太快。为了使俄经济继续保持稳定增长,俄政府将针对目前存在的问题采取一系列调整措施。

| Abstract: | The Russian economy has been continuously growing for 4 years since 1999, and it will still get growth in the year of 2003, but the growth rate will be not great . The growth rate of Russian GDP is predictably 3. 5% to 4. 5% , because the positive elements that take the leading position decides the economy will get growth continuously , and the existing negative elements decides that the growth will be not very fast . The Russian government will take a series of measures to deal with the current problems existed in Russian economy and to maintain the stable economic growth in the country. |
