| Abstract: | The needs of politics and military affairs are the primary causes of founding of siberian cities in the period of the feudal serfdom. Early in the seventeenth century, the arrival of industrial workers and businessmen in the siberian cities indicates that the city economy came into being. with the development of economy, the cities had evolved into social and economic centres. |
