俄罗斯关税壁垒对中俄贸易的影响

进入新世纪后,中俄两国政治合作不断增强,但两国的经贸合作却与双方战略协作伙伴关系不对称,主要原因在于俄方设置了较高的关税壁垒,影响了双方贸易规模的扩大及贸易合作的深化发展。目前,俄政府虽调整并降低了部分商品的关税水平,但仍有许多做法不符合世贸组织的规定,这对中俄贸易产生了不利影响。因此,俄方关税水平的降低及双方互惠贸易政策的安排,不仅是推动中俄贸易发展,也是后金融危机时期深化中俄区域合作发展的必然要求。
