| Abstract: | The matter of food security that has a bearing on the national economy and the people's livelihood came into being in 1970s. In recent years, the hunger population still maintained as much as 800 millions. Problems of food security also exist in the developed countries such as the united states, Japan and the EU, etc. In this connection, all the countries have worked out the relevant laws, measures and development porgrammes. |
