Dong Ning County is an important part of Heilongjiang province to Russia economic and trade cooperation. It give full play to all sorts of advantages, trade with Russia, the economic and technical cooperation with Russia, or the cultural cooperation all achieved good achievements. But there are still some problems to be solved.
