| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯石油工业10年来走过了一条从国家垄断到放开市场、到无序竞争,又从无序竞争到国家调控、规范市场的道路,逐步走上了稳定发展的轨道。经过数年的市场整合,俄石油工业基本上形成了以十几家大石油公司为主、150家中小石油公司为辅的格局。未来,应改变目前的小石油公司过多,世界级石油公司太少的局面,必须实行联合,以便与世界石油巨头竞争。

| Abstract: | Russian oil industry has moved on a road from state monopoly to opening market,competition in disorder,state reshufflement and standardized market for ten years,gradually coming to a stable development.Through market realignment for years,the oil industry has taken shape with a dozen of large oil companies and one hundred and fifty small-and-middle scale ones.In future,the situation that the small companies are too many and the world-level companies a few should be changed.They must be combined so as to compete with the oil tycoons in the world. |
