吉林省对俄边贸潜力分析

近两年吉林省对俄边境贸易出现令人欣喜的增长势头，但是仍然存在问题。主要表现为贸易规模有限，贸易逆差严重。为扩大吉林省对俄边贸合作，拉动吉林省经济实现跨越式增长，应做好以下几方面工作第一，制定优惠政策，创造宽松的发展环境以吸引客商；第二，扩大、调整进出口商品结构，严把出口质量关；第三，采取灵活多样的经营方式、结算方式，推动边民互市贸易区的建设，发展旅游贸易，积极引导各出口商到对岸城市进行跨国直销。

AN ANALYSIS OF THE POTENTIAL OF JILIN PROVINCE' S FRONTIER TRADE WITH RUSSIA

During past two years, Jilin province's frontier trade with Russia has assumed a joyous booming tendency, but there still exist some problems that lie on a small scale and adverse balance of trade. For expansion of Jilin's border trade cooperation with Russia and promotion of its economic growth by leaps and bounds, the following things should be done well: firstly, working out favorable policies and creating a carefree and generous environment so as to solicit customers; secondly, expanding and regulating import-export mix and making checks on quality of exports; thirdly, adopting various and flexible operation and settlement modes to push forward the establishment of border trade zones, developing tour trade and guiding export merchants to do a direct transit sale in the cities on the opposite bank of the river.
