| 摘 要： | 2010年4月,越南政府批准了《至2020年越南岛屿经济发展总体规划》,明确了越南岛屿经济的发展目标、发展方向、保障措施和各部门责任,是越南岛屿经济发展的重要指导性文件和落实《至2020年越南海洋战略》的重要措施,越南将岛屿经济发展与国防建设密切结合,不断完善岛屿基础设施,在注重环境保护的同时,重点发展旅游业和渔业.

| Abstract: | Vietnam government approved the Master Plan on Development of Vietnam’s Island Economy by 2020,which identified objectives,orientations,implement solutions and organization of implementation.This master plan was a main measure to carry out Vietnam Marine Strategy up to 2020 and an instructive document for development of Vietnam island economy.Vietnam tightly combined economy development and national defense on islands,constantly promoted infrastructures construction,attached importance to development of tourism and fishery industry and highlighted environment protection at the same time.Development of Vietnam island economy provided opportunities to Chinese investment and regional economy,but also new challenges to safeguard China’s rights and interests to Nansha(Spratlys) Archipelago and adjacent water. |
