Experimental studies on the mechanism of ethanol formation in corpses

Various in vitro experiments were performed for the purpose of clarifying the mechanism of ethanol production in corpses. Whereas a negligible quantity of ethanol was produced in the blood alone, which was left at room temperature, the quantity of ethanol was slightly increased by addition of glucose to the blood. When saprogens were further added, the quantity was markedly increased. Various materials were added to blood-liver homogenates as specimens, and the mixtures were stored in an incubator at 37 degrees C. As a result of the addition of an antibiotic to the mixture every day, there was hardly any production of ethanol. When alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH) were added, ethanol production was slightly increased. When acetaldehyde was added first, ethanol production was inhibited the next day, but on and after day 2, the quantity of ethanol was more than that in the control material. When pyruvic acid was added first, the results were similar to the above. Pyrazole, cyanamide, and disulfiram completely inhibited the production of ethanol. Ethanol production in corpses is believed to take place through a pathway opposite to that of ethanol metabolism in the living body, under the influence of ADH, ALDH, etc., in saprogens using carbohydrates as substrates.     

大鼠急性斑蝥中毒血流动力学研究

大鼠急性斑蝥中毒的血流动力学研究结果显示,灌胃后,大鼠左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)呈下降趋势,左心室内压(LVP)和左室压最大变化速率(±dp/dt max)变化不明显;心率(HR)在低剂量组加快,而大剂量组减慢;心电图(EKG)无明显改变;呼吸频率(RR)先快后慢,大鼠死亡时,呼吸比心跳早停止几分钟。提示斑蝥中毒死亡较快时,呼吸抑制作用是一个不容忽视的因素。

大鼠急性鲤醇硫酸酯钠中毒血流动力学研究

探讨急性鲤醇硫酸酯钠（SCS）中毒早期死亡机制和死因。草鱼胆汁提取物SCS按3.0LD50、4．0LD50和5.0LD50的剂量给Wistar大鼠腹腔注射，观察大鼠血流动力学、心电图及呼吸的影响。结果表明；大鼠腹腔注射SCS后，动脉血压（SAP、DAP和MAP）下降；左心室功能（LVP、LVEDP和±dp／dtmax）降低；心电图示心电不稳，心肌缺血S-T段抬高或T波倒置，心率、呼吸先加快而后逐渐变慢，有明显的剂量-效应关系。表明SCS对心肌有选择毒性作用，其早期死因为心源性休克。实验结果为鱼胆中毒的诊断、防治及其法医学鉴定和鱼胆毒素的利用提供有关资料。

2003年6月1日,最高人民法院《关于审理商品房买卖合同纠纷适用法律若干问题的解怿》正式实施后,福建省办理商品房买卖合同纠纷案件的法律适用上出现了基本法、地方法规、司法解释及部委规章等多种法律规范并存的状况。其中在合同前定金的收取、赔偿责任的范围等问题上各种法律规范间存在着冲突,对此应理性适用法律规范,并积极采取措施促进这些问题得到解决,以促使“法制统一”目标的实现。

科学发展观充分体现了马克思主义哲学精神，本文从科学发展观的历史地位、“以人为本”的观念坚持和丰富了马克思主义历史主体论和人学思想、“全面发展”观念坚持和具体化了唯物辩证法“两点论”与“重点论”相统一的重要观点、“协调发展”观念坚持和具体化了唯物辩证法普遍联系和系统论的观点、“可持续发展”观念坚持和具体化了人与自然的对立统一的观点等五个方面，揭示了科学发展观的丰富哲学意蕴。     

Lewis typing of human saliva stains by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using monoclonal anti-Le(a) and anti-Le(b) antibodies

The Lewis blood grouping of human saliva stains could be detected by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using anti-Le(a) and anti-Le(b) monoclonal antibodies with an avidin-biotin complex (ABC). The saliva stains (1.0 by 1.0 cm in size) were used as samples and not only could the Lewis substances of 57 individual stains be correctly typed by this method, but also it was clarified that there are several different secretion patterns of amounts of Le(a) and Le(b) substances in 3 individual Lewis types.     

禽鸟源传染性腔上囊病病毒分离株对鸡的致病性试验

用鸡、鸭、麻雀３种不同源性传染性腔上囊病病毒（ＩＢＤＶ）分离株人工感染８０日龄的ＳＰＦ鸡，初步试验发现，这些病毒均能使接种鸡的腔上囊明显萎缩，组织切片见淋巴滤泡萎缩、坏死，从人工感染的鸡腔上囊组织中可检测和分离到ＩＢＤＶ。各试验组的腔上囊指数平均值分别为：鸡２８３，鸭３１４，麻雀３６４，对照组５１１。经统计学分析（ｔ检验）３个攻毒组与对照组间均有显著差异。     

关于建立公诉一体化机制的设想

当前,包括检察一体化原则在内的诸多检察改革方案正在如火如荼地实施,而公诉一体化则是检察机关领导体制和检察一体化原则在公诉工作中的内在要求和具体体现。在公诉实践中,全面推行公诉一体化机制不仅具有一定的理论基础和法律依据,而且有着扎实的实践基础和思想基础。建立公诉一体化机制的框架,需要我们从立法到实践,从体制到程序,从制度到规则等多方面推行相应的举措。     

Sex determination from buccal mucosa and hair root by the combined treatment of quinacrine staining and the fluorescent Feulgen reaction using a single specimen

In order to determine sex using a single specimen, buccal mucosa and hair roots obtained from male and female individuals were used. The specimens were first stained with quinacrine for the detection of the Y-chromatin, and subsequently were stained by the fluorescent Feulgen reaction using acriflavine for the detection of the X-chromatin. In the male specimens, the frequency of fluorescent spots of quinacrine-positive bodies was high, whereas that of acriflavine-positive spots was low. On the other hand, in the female specimens, the frequency of quinacrine-positive spots was very low, while that of the acriflavine-positive spots was high. These specimens were air-dried and were allowed to stand at room temperature for periodical observations. The result was that sex difference was distinguishable for 4 months by the combined treatment method.
