草鱼胆汁提取物急性中毒的实验病理

研究草鱼胆汁提取物（鲤醇硫酸酯钠）对小鼠毒性作用的病理变化及其作用机制。按1．5LD50、1．0LD50和0．5LD50的剂量给昆明小鼠1次腹腔注射1％鲤醇硫酸酯钠溶液和按0．5LD50的剂量给昆明小鼠多次腹腔注射1％的鲤醇硫酸酯钠溶液,观察中毒小鼠各主要脏器的病理变化。中毒小鼠主要脏器的病理变化与草鱼胆汁中毒十分相似：心肌细胞水肿,严重者可见灶性肌溶解坏死;肾小管上皮细胞变性、坏死,肾小球滤过膜各层均有不同程度的病变。通过酶组织化学方法发现鲤醇硫酸酯钠对心肌SDH及CCO有明显的抑制作用。鲤醇硫酸酯钠是草鱼胆汁的主要毒性成分之一。     

爱尔维修的实用思想及其现代意义

爱尔维修自称发现了精神活动的基本规律：利益是我们的唯一推动力。具体表现为：肉体感受性是人行动的最初原因;自爱表现为对权力之爱,实为对利益的追求;主张通过立法把人们要求个人幸福的倾向引导到公共幸福上去。他的实用思想给我们的启示是：利己与利他相结合能促进市场经济的发展;有益的相互畏惧迫使各人乃至各民族谨守本分。     

以改革为动力加速我国农业现代化进程

为迎接入世挑战 ,加速我国农业经济发展 ,本文认为必须以改革为动力 ,进一步解放和发展农村生产力 ,并相应提出 ,稳定农业和农村基本政策 ,以市场化为目标进行土地制度改革 ,推进税费改革 ,实现农村工业化、城镇化 ,建立农业投入新体制等对策建议。
