RyR2相关心脏性猝死的研究进展

雷诺定受体2(ryanodine receptor 2,RyR2)是心肌细胞肌浆网上主要的钙释放通道,主要参与心肌的兴奋收缩耦联过程,其基因突变及调控异常可导致心肌舒张期钙漏引起心律失常,甚至猝死。本文重点综述RyR2基因突变及调控异常引起心脏性猝死的机制,并对以后的研究提出建议,旨在为心脏性猝死的法医学诊断提供一种新的思路。     

＂Deindustrialization＂ and Sino-Brazilian Ties

After the global financial crisis broke out in 2008, major industrial economies became concerned about delndustrlahzation . The important roles that the industrial sector plays in creating jobs and ensuring intemational competitiveness began to be recognized again. The U.S. launched its policy of ＂re-industrialization＂ and Brazil published a plan to develop its industrial sector between 2011 and 2014. China＇s industrial sector has rapidly developed. ＂Deindustrialization＂ sparked widespread concern because it is connected with the global distribution of technological capability and the future global economic order. It is noteworthy that the U.S., Brazil and some other major economies partly blamed China for the problems that ＂deindustrialization＂ has caused and this has had an increasing effect on China＇ s relations with these countries. It reflects China＇ s problem as a new manufacturing power. In this article, the author analyzes those political and economic factors associated with ＂deindustrialization＂ and makes some suggestions for the Sino-Brazilian strategic partnership. In this way, the author explores some ideas on establishing a new type of big power relations.     

基于GEM模型的资源型企业可持续发展障碍因素分析

资源型企业可持续发展对于经济生产和生态保护具有重要意义。本文以GEM模型为分析框架,探讨了我国资源型企业可持续发展的障碍因素;通过进一步对各个因素的理论分析,找出了影响我国资源型企业可持续发展的"瓶颈";最后,针对我国资源型企业可持续发展的现状,提出相应的对策与建议。     

“Same Bed,Different Dreams” and “Riding Tiger” Dilemmas: China’s Rise and International Relations/Political Economy

This paper seeks to present a framework for understanding the impact of China’s rise on the established international order with a special focus on the contradictions and dilemmas facing both China and the order around it. It suggests heuristic insights from two Chinese cultural and linguistic metaphysics in order to denote the dynamic and interactive relationship between the rise of China and the existing order in terms of both opportunities and challenges. The authors argue that both China and the existing order have been going through periods of “sleeping in the same bed with different dreams”, and now they are in the stage of “riding tiger” in which both sides face dilemmas in their complicated and complex relationship. The paper concludes that the rise of China and the existing order will continue to be intertwined in a dialectic of waxing and waning, and flux and reflux. In order for each to find a regional and global role which the other will accept and support both sides will have to go through a considerable period of struggle, tension and adjustment.     

论公用事业的法律调整:法域归属与理念定位

私权(私法)自治与公权(公法)强制是逻辑统一的理论体系。公用事业的法律调整,应该确立起私权主体在提供公共产品中的本位地位和私权自治理念,以及公权机构在维护公共秩序中的主体价值和公权强制理念。公用事业法律调整的根本意义在于确保公用事业产品的效率供应,由此奠定的公用企业的本位地位决定了法律调整的私法性质。在现阶段大规模基础设施投资和建设的条件下,检讨和完善我国公用事业立法具有重要的现实意义。     

我国社区矫正执行主体的法律定位

一、我国社区矫正工作目前存在的问题 在社区矫正试点工作开展之初,试点地区北京的主要工作理念是现行社区矫正工作试点是对原有的由公安机关作为执行主体的社会服刑工作的继承与改革完善。在现行法律框架下,社区矫正工作的定位是刑罚执行活动,执行主体与执行对象没有改变,但具体的执行工作与矫正内容是由国家司法行政系统的基层司法所及专业社区矫正人员承担与负责落实。司法部2005年《司法行政机关社区矫正工作暂行办法》肯定了这种做法。但这种实际执行工作与履行法律手续相脱节的模式,在实践中产生了不少问题。     

李大钊早期传播马克思主义的再探讨

五四前后李大钊通过办报办刊、发表论著、组织社团、办学讲课、演讲辩论等方式向中国民众传播了马克思主义。他早年对马克思主义的研究和宣传主要涵盖了四方面内容：揭露了帝国主义的本质,阐述了十月革命的伟大意义;较系统地论述了马克思主义理论的基本内容;正确论述了中国革命的一些基本问题,如革命的步骤、手段、动力等等;号召学生和知识分子走与工农相结合的道路。这些杰出的思想主张形成了他早年的理论特色。当然,李大钊对马克思主义的最初理解也存在着一些不准确之处,这种认识偏差是与当时他所处的环境和背景分不开的。李大钊的可贵之处在于其思想随着社会的进步不断发展,并及时将先进的科学理论运用于中国社会变革的实践。     

气候变化的国际法之秩序价值初探

价值理念贯穿于法律运行的整个过程 ,并对法律运行起着相应的指导作用。气候变化的国际立法活动 ,也必然受到相关价值理念的指导。在气候变化问题日益严峻的挑战面前 ,气候变化的国际法应当执著地追求秩序价值。而要真正实现秩序价值 ,就必须及早将气候变化的国际法所向往和追求的秩序价值外化为具体的、有效的应对气候变化问题的措施、手段和行动
