论青年志愿者在志愿服务活动中的个体调适

青年志愿者在志愿服务活动中实现有效的个体心理调适是新的时代性课题。针对青年志愿者在志愿服务活动中存在的现实问题,应该展开辩证的、理性的分析,立足志愿者个人心理特点,借助政府及相关社会组织的指导和协调,构筑适应志愿服务活动的新的精神家园。     

中国青年志愿服务发展的演进脉络

上世纪50年代的青年志愿垦荒活动是中国青年志愿服务的雏形;上世纪60年代兴起的学雷锋活动是计划经济时代青年志愿服务存在的最基本方式,青年志愿服务活动在彰显雷锋精神的情况下缓慢发展;上世纪90年代初期,中国青年志愿旗号的打出,青年志愿服务的广泛开展,标志着现代青年志愿服务的真正兴起;北京奥运会为中国志愿服务的发展提供了一个难得的历史机遇,中国青年志愿服务借助这一盛事获得进一步的发展。     

Ukrainian volunteer fighters in the eastern front: ideas,political-social norms and emotions as mobilization mechanisms

Abstract

Following the outbreak of the insurgency in eastern Ukraine, thousands of volunteers joined pro-Kiev battalions. Although they have fiercely fought against pro-Kremlin forces, very little is known about them. The article will investigate why individuals have engaged in such a risky endeavour for no obvious material reward. It will claim that ideas, political-social norms and emotions have functioned as mobilization mechanisms that can explain individual decisions. Based on interviews, the article will argue that the mobilization of Ukrainian volunteer fighters has a strong cognitive-normative-emotional dimension that cannot be ignored and should be further explored.

海盐县的志愿服务事业已初具规模,但较低的城市能级水平使得地方政府对经济发展、城市硬件建设投入得多,对社会公益事业的重视、扶持得少;对志愿服务事业“管理式”推动有余,“服务式”推动不足.要完善县级城市志愿服务运行机制,关键还是要厘清政府与志愿服务组织、志愿服务组织与志愿者、志愿服务项目输入与输出这三大关系,并实施建立县级志愿服务工作指导中心;支持“民间”志愿服务组织发展;深化社工与志愿者联动;完善志愿服务网络管理平台等举措.

Development Made Sexy: how it happened and what it means

This article examines the recent trend among Northern development organisations to represent development as sexy in awareness and fundraising campaigns. The article argues that the ways in which development organisations represent the global South and development work play an important role in the construction of social power relations between people in the global North and the global South. The representation of development as sexy is compared and contrasted to other representations of development that highlight scarcity and deprivation. The article argues that, although the representation of development as sexy avoids portrayals of poor people in the global South as helpless victims, it presents an image of development in which the most important form of agency is Northern charity.

广州市志愿者组织参与社区教育研究

近年来,随着我国社会转型和社会建设的推进,志愿者组织得到蓬勃发展,志愿服务类型日趋多样化和社会化,在此背景下的各地社区教育也得到不同程度的发展,社区教育志愿者日益受到社会的重视。广州市作为国内志愿服务的发源地之一,经过20多年的持续努力,涌现了不少志愿者组织,其中不少参与了本地社区的教育服务和探索。只有掌握志愿者组织参与社区教育的现状,才能更好地探究其科学有效的参与路径,才能构建可持续发展的长效机制,进而推进社区教育发展和社会治理创新。
