女性跨国婚姻移民研究述评——以台湾外籍新娘为例

20世纪90年代以来大量东南亚女性嫁入台湾社会,已有研究大多将其归结为“商品化婚姻”,认为其出现与全球资本结构的失衡和婚姻中介追逐利润的经济行为密切相关.与此同时,更多的批评则指向政府机构和大众传媒,指责权力机构对外籍配偶“污名化”的话语叙述以及对她们权利的漠视,导致女性婚姻移民在日常生活中遭遇社会排斥.然而,东南亚籍配偶通过自身能动性力量,促成了台湾多元的文化态势.本文通过对台湾学界关于女性跨国婚姻移民研究的梳理,以期对国内相关研究提供有益借鉴.     

台湾与东盟经贸关系变化趋势

在经济全球化与区域化的趋势下,20世纪90年代以来,亚洲内部各国的经贸关系发生新的变化。其中最重要的特征是中国大陆经济的崛起,对外经贸关系更加密切。中国与东北亚的日、韩正在洽谈建构自由贸易区,也与东南亚签定了在2010年建立自由贸易区的协议。这必然削弱了台湾与东盟的贸易和投资关系。台湾当局深怕台湾经济被边缘化,在政治外交和经济各方面采取对策,企图与东盟加强经贸关系。     

台商岛外投资何以南向趋“冷”而西进走“热”

近期来,台湾当局出于"政治和外交"的需要,再度启动"南向政策",不断鼓动台商南向投资,然而实际效果却与台湾当局的意志相违。据台湾"投审会"公布的统计资料显示,台商赴东南亚投资已出现严重衰退趋势,以今年一、二月份为例,台商对东南亚地区的投资,金额仅有676万美元,较去年同期急剧减少87.57%;而与此同时,台商赴祖国大陆投资却非常热络,获准对祖国大陆投资为101件,投资金额近2亿美元,增长幅度逾九成。台商赴岛外投资的"冷"、"热"幅度何以会出现如此强烈反差?对此,台湾有关机构将其归结为是受东南亚金融风暴的影响所致。其实,台商岛外投资一"冷"一"热"现     

实现两岸统一要注重台湾民众力量

实现两岸统一,既寄希望于台湾当局,更寄希望于台湾民众.从1949年底台湾与祖国大陆分离50余年的实际情况看,促动台湾当局开启两岸民间商贸、促动两岸民众往来、推动两岸文化交流、遏制"台独"势力蔓延等,都是台湾民众力量作用的结果.因此,我们在实现两岸统一过程中一定要注重台湾民众这股力量.

刘建修,台湾新竹县竹东人,台湾光复后为"台湾省邮电管理局"员工,受中共中央华东局派遣之女性干部计梅真、钱静芝启蒙与影响,于1948年间加入中国共产党,并于上世纪50年代台湾白色恐怖时期被捕入狱,被判15年。出狱后,上世纪70年代又因陈明忠案二次被捕,被判感化3年,实际被关5年。两次入狱共坐牢20年。是台湾同胞爱国统一阵营的重要前辈。于2020年5月23日上午在台湾逝世,享年93岁。本文为台湾作家龙绍瑞受大陆"吴石案"专家杨浪先生所托,对刘建修生前进行的采访整理而成。     

试论清代台湾的女性移民

台湾曾经是一个移民社会,但在以往台湾移民史的研究中,有关女性移民的研究一直是一个薄弱的环节.本文从清代实行禁止赴台者携眷政策的概况、官方查获"偷渡"案中的女性移民、族谱资料中的女性移民、女性移民与清代台湾人口性比例的分析等几个方面入手,对清代大陆向台湾移民中的女性移民问题进行探讨,提出了自己的一些见解.
