主流文化建设中马克思主义政党文化执政能力的提升

文化安全视野下,主流文化建设具有对马克思主义理论发展和社会主义和谐文化建设的理论价值以及对文化安全战略和国家文化软实力提升的实践价值。马克思主义政党在主流文化建设中应该确立三种非对立思维,即资源意义上意识形态与非意识形态之间的非对立思维;发展意义上传统文化与当代文化之间的非对立思维;形式层面上惯用形式与民间文化形式之间的非对立思维。由此,主流文化建设的体系架构才能展开。
