手机是日常生活中最重要的个人通讯工具之一。灰色市场是向消费者提供手机产品的一个重要渠道，灰市手机也是受到较多关注的一个话题，手机灰色市场是灰色市场乃至灰色经济领域具有代表性的研究对象。本文以中国大陆手机灰色市场为例，研究了中国大陆手机灰色市场的现状，分析了手机灰色市场存在的原因以及形成渠道，探讨了其造成的影响以及抑制灰色市场的后果。研究结果表明，灰色市场的利弊不能一概而论。运用政府手段对手机灰色市场进行抑制消灭将对进口国总福利水平造成削弱，因此建议以市场自我调节手段决定手机灰色市场的存在与否。
