缺磷日粮对笼养蛋鸡生产性能及内分泌的影响

将 12 0只 19周龄依莎蛋鸡随机分成A、B、C组 ,分别饲喂总磷含量为 5 .8、4 .4和 3.0g/kg的日粮 (相应的有效磷含量分别是 4 .0、2 .5和 1.0 g/kg) ,进行缺磷日粮对蛋鸡生产性能及内分泌的影响试验。结果表明 ,B组与A组间生产性能无显著差异 ;与A、B组相比 ,C组产蛋率、体重、蛋壳品质及骨密度 (BMD)均显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;各组间血钙、血磷含量无显著差异 ;C组碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)活性和血液骨钙素 (BGP)含量均比对照组显著提高 (P <0 .0 1) ;从试验开始到产蛋高峰期 (33周龄 ) ,A、B和C组雌二醇 (E2 )水平随年龄增长而上升 ,但随后E2 水平则呈下降趋势。试验结果表明 ,日粮总磷含量为 4 .4 g/kg时有助于提高和改善蛋鸡生产性能 ,若日粮总磷含量低于 4 .4 g/kg ,则会降低产蛋率、蛋重、蛋壳品质及骨量。     

中药抗球虫制剂TF-103的亚慢性毒性试验

将 2周龄肉用AA鸡分为A、B、C、D 4组 ,全程 (5 6d)对A、B、C组鸡分别按 10、5 0、10 0g/kg在饲料中添加中药复方制剂TF 10 3。结果显示 ,A组鸡的生长和增重正常 ,各器官及血液学、血清生化指标均未发现与药物相关的异常表现 ,但大剂量组显示对白细胞的成熟和分化有一定影响     

中草药添加剂对肉鸡胆固醇代谢的影响

将 6 0只艾维茵肉鸡随机分为A、B、C、D共 4组 ,A为对照组 ;B、C、D均为试验组 ,分别用含 2 0、30、4 0 g/kg中草药添加剂的饲料进行 4周饲喂试验。结果表明 ,试验组鸡血清胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和肌肉中胆固醇水平均低于对照组 ,其中C和D组与对照组差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清中高密度脂蛋白含量与对照组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;另外 ,试验组增重略高于对照组 ,而料肉比低于对照组。试验结果说明 ,该中草药添加剂具有下调鸡肉胆固醇含量和改善肉鸡生产性能的作用 ;在饲料中的添加量以 30g/kg为宜。     

长效复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶注射液在猪体内的药物代谢动力学研究

将 12头白猪随机分成 2组 ,每组 6只 ,分别肌肉注射A、B长效复方磺胺间甲氧嘧啶(SMM )注射液 (0 .4mL/kg) ,并于给药后第 0 .2 5、0 .5 0、0 .75、1.0 0、2 .0 0、3.0 0、5 .0 0、9.0 0、12 .0 0、2 4 .0 0、36 .0 0、4 8.0 0、6 0 .0 0、72 .0 0、96 .0 0、10 8.0 0h ,自前腔静脉采血 5mL。用HPLC分析各血浆样品中的药物浓度 ,用MCPKP软件计算药物代谢动力学参数。结果表明 ,A和B长效SMM注射液的Cmax分别为 2 2 .30 μg/mL± 2 .0 9μg/mL、15 .96 μg/mL± 2 .36 μg/mL ;AUC分别为 5 33.5 8μg/(mL·h) ± 30 .76 μg/(mL·h)和 199.91μg/(mL·h)± 11.31μg/(mL·h) ;t1/2 β 分别为 2 0 .2 0h±5 .31h和 9.81h± 1.0 3h。     

硒和维生素E与柔嫩艾美球虫感染的关系

选择 1日龄蛋用公鸡 72只 ,随机分为 6组 ,每组 12只。第Ⅰ～Ⅳ组鸡从 1日龄起在日粮中分别添加维生素E 5 6 .3、5 7.4、5 9.6、6 1.8mg/kg和硒 0 .93、1.0 3、1.2 3、1.4 3mg/kg ,第Ⅴ组为感染无添加剂组 ,第Ⅵ组为不感染无添加剂组 ,饲喂基础日粮 (含维生素E 4 8mg/kg和硒 0 .6mg/kg) 。至 2 1日龄时 ,第Ⅰ～Ⅴ组鸡口服接种柔嫩艾美球虫孢子化卵囊 ,1× 10 5个 /只 ,接种后观察感染鸡的状况。结果 ,第Ⅰ～Ⅵ组鸡平均增重分别为 2 2 .0、2 3.8、35 .2、39.2、8.9和 4 7.5 g ;病变值为 2 8、2 4、2 4、2 5、30和 0 ;1g粪便的卵囊数分别为 0 .17× 10 6 、0 .12× 10 6 、0 .0 9× 10 6 、0 .11× 10 6 、0 .2 1× 10 6 和 0个。提示 ,在日粮中添加维生素E和硒能提高鸡体的免疫力 ,增强鸡对球虫的抵抗力。     

蓝舌病病毒单克隆抗体的制备及生物学特性鉴定

以纯化的蓝舌病病毒(BTV)11型VP7免疫BALB/c小鼠,运用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术,借助间接ELISA筛选,获得了3株分泌抗BTV11 VP7的群特异性单克隆抗体(McAb)的杂交瘤细胞株,命名为C12D9、B4 F3、E1 A7.这3株杂交瘤细胞株连续传代3个月再经液氮冻存6个月后复苏培养,仍能稳定分泌特异性McAb.3株McAb均具有ELISA特性和免疫沉淀特性,其中C12D9株上清液的ELISA效价为1256,腹水的ELISA效价为10-6.亚类鉴定,C12D9株为小鼠IgG1,B4F3、E1 A7为IgG2a和IgG2b.琼脂免疫扩散试验和间接ELISA试验表明,这3株均与BTV11型VP7发生特异性反应,为BTV群特异性McAb.     

猪圆环病毒2型Cap蛋白单克隆抗体的制备与鉴定

利用重组杆状病毒表达的猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)Cap蛋白免疫BALB/c小鼠,通过杂交瘤技术,共获得6株能稳定分泌抗Cap蛋白抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,分别命名为3H9/1H5、3H9/3C7、4A9/3E2、4A9/3D7、6G7/7B6和6G7/8D3,并通过ELISA、Western-blotting和间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)对6株单抗的特性和抗原表位进行分析鉴定。结果显示,6株杂交瘤细胞培养上清的抗体效价为1∶1 024～1∶2 048,腹水效价为1∶163 840～1∶204 800。3H9/1H5、3H9/3C7、6G7/7B6和6G7/8D3的亚型为IgG1型,4A9/3E2和4A9/3D7为IgG2b型,所有单抗的轻链均为κ型。Western-blotting和IFA结果表明6株单抗均能与重组Cap蛋白和PCV2产生特异性反应。相加ELISA结果显示,6株单抗可能识别不同的抗原表位。为准确鉴别不同单抗针对的抗原位点,以截短表达的重组Cap蛋白为抗原,进行Western-blot鉴定。结果显示,4A9/3E2与4A9/3D7的抗原表位位于101～150aa,其余4株单抗可能针对1～50aa或者天然...     

不同细胞因子对水牛原始生殖细胞传代培养的影响

为探讨不同细胞因子对水牛原始生殖细胞(PGCs)传代培养的影响,将PGCs分别采用A、B、C、D、E、F和G共7种培养基进行培养,即A组:基础液+10 ng/mL白血病抑制因子(LIF)+10 ng/mL碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF);B组:基础液+20 ng/mL LIF+20 ng/mL bFGF;C组:基础液+20 ng/mLLIF+10 ng/mL bFGF;D组:基础液+20 ng/mL LIF;E组:基础液+20 ng/mL LIF+20 ng/mL bFGF+20ng/mL干细胞因子(SCF);F组:基础液+20 ng/mL LIF+40 ng/mL bFGF+40 ng/mL SCF;G组(对照组):基础液。将机械法分离的PGCs小集落接种到水牛胎儿成纤维细胞(BEF)饲养层上进行传代培养。结果,原代时,A、B、C、D、E和F组的克隆数目都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中E和F组的克隆数目显著高于A组(P<0.05),而与B、C、D组差异均不显著(P>0.05);1~8代时,B、C、D、E、F组的克隆数目显著高于A组(P<0.05);对照组传代数仅为2代,A组为5代,而B、C、D、E和F组均为8代以上。结果表明,在传代过程中,LIF起主要作用,20 ng/mL的LIF浓度可以满足水牛PGCs传代培养的需要。     

二氟沙星在鸡体内的药物代谢动力学及生物利用度研究

将 30只艾维茵肉鸡随机分为 3组 ,进行了静脉注射、肌肉注射及内服二氟沙星的药物代谢动力学研究。血浆样品经甲醇沉淀血浆蛋白 ,高速离心 ,用反相高效液相色谱法测定鸡血浆中二氟沙星的浓度 ,MCPKP计算机程序处理血浆药物浓度 时间数据。结果 ,健康鸡静脉注射给药的药时数据适合二室开放模型 ,主要药物代谢动力学参数为 :t1/ 2α=0 .6 9h± 0 .4 3h ;t1/ 2 β=6 .11h± 1.5 0h ;V1=1.70L/kg±0 .33L/kg ;Vd(area) =3.10L/kg± 0 .6 7L/kg ;ClB=0 .37L/ (kg·h)±0 .10L/ (kg·h) ;AUC =2 9.16 μg/ (mL·h)± 8.0 4 μg/ (mL·h)。健康鸡肌肉注射及内服给药的药时数据适合一级吸收一室模型 ,前者的主要药物代谢动力学参数为 :t1/ 2Ka=0 .17h± 0 .12h ,t1/ 2Ke=5 .6 4h± 0 .74h ,tmax =0 .86h± 0 .4 0h ,Cmax =2 .5 1μg/mL± 0 .36 μg/mL ,AUC =2 2 .6 2μg/ (mL·h) ± 3.2 8μg/ (mL·h) ,F =77.0 %± 11.8% ;后者的药物代谢动力学参数为 :t1/ 2Ka=1.4 6h± 1.0 0h ,t1/ 2Ke=8.2 0h± 3.12h ,tmax=4 .34h± 2 .4 0h ,Cmax=1.0 0 μg/mL± 0 .2 1μg/mL ,AUC =15 .82 μg/ (mL·h) ± 3.6 7μg/ (mL·h) ,F =5 4.2 %± 12 .6 %。二氟沙星在健康鸡体内的主要药物代谢动力学特征为 :表观分布容积大     

H5N1亚型禽流感病毒血凝素单克隆抗体的制备及其应用

采用活病毒免疫,常规杂交瘤融合的方法,获得了4株针对H5N1亚型禽流感病毒(AIV)A/duck/Shandong/093/2004(A/D/SD/04)株血凝素(HA)的单克隆抗体A8E8、D2F8、A8C8和C3G4。其中A8E8可以与11株不同来源的H5N1AIV发生交叉免疫抑制性反应(HI),具有广谱性。采用间接免疫荧光试验(IFA),用A8E8单克隆抗体测定A/D/SD/04株对COS1和MDCK2种细胞的半数感染量(TCID50),结果显示,A/D/SD/04株在COS1上的TCID50为10-5.33/0.1mL,在MDCK上的为10-7.33/0.1mL。将编码A/D/SD/04株的HA基因质粒与PR8质粒共转染COS1细胞后,用A8E8进行IFA,能观察到特异性绿色荧光,这与鸡胚接种结果相符。表明,用此单克隆抗体能准确地检测到H5重组病毒。     

The Development of EU-Russian Relations

The EU＇s strategy for Russia since the end of the cold war has to a large extent failed, and the direct consequences are the currently deadlocked EU-Russia relationship. There are three reasons for this： the EU and Russia＇s respective strength and status relative to each other have been changing since the beginning of this century; the EU＇s strategy towards Russia has been more fragmenting in recently years; and the American factor. The EU-Russia relations could continue to be in poor shape in the years to come, and it is very likely sometimes even further worsening. But the two sides would refrain from extreme measures and prevent their relations from sliding into real cold war.     

Young American China Watchers＇ Views on China

In this paper, the author has made a thorough study over the new generation of American China Watchers. Most of the pages are devoted to a detailed comparison between the old generation and the young generation of American China Watchers regarding to their background, education, and views over China. At the end of the paper, the author also gives some policy suggestions for both the Chinese and U.S. government based on the findings in this study.

1. Introduction
On the morning of April 1st, 2001, a U.S. EP-3 surveillance aircraft was conducting an intelligence flight along the Chinese territorial border in the airspace south-east of China＇s Hainan Island. Two Chinese fighter jets intercepted the spy plane and followed its flight, as is considered ordinary international practice. For reasons unknown, the EP-3 airplane made a sudden maneuver and crashed into one of the Chinese planes. The Chinese plane dropped into the sea, the pilot missing. The U.S. spy plane was also severely damaged. It intruded into Chinese territorial space and landed on Hainan Island without official permission from the Chinese side. After landing, the spy plane and 24 crew on board were detained by the Chinese authorities. This air collision episode was the first of its kind in the China-U.S. relations and an urgent diplomatic crisis ensued.
