Why does the Communist Party of China (CPC) remain popular despite making several serious mistakes? How could the CPC make China the world’s second-largest economy? 根据研究假设,以347份问卷调查结果对公务员情绪智力与其工作绩效的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明:公务员情绪智力中的自我觉知、自我管理、社会觉知和社交技巧四个维度对任务绩效和关系绩效均有显著正向影响,这四个维度的不同表现水平,将带来公务员工作绩效的差异。据此,为了有效提升公务员情绪智力水平,本文从编制情绪智力词典、开发情绪智力测评体系、个人发展、组织发展等角度提出了对策建议。

From Olympic to National Games

China's 14th National Games officially opened in Shaanxi Province on September 15, marking the first time for a province in west China to organize the quadrennial multi-sport event since its inaugural edition in 1959. As the highest-level sporting event in the country, a total of 50 Olympic cham-pions, representing all of the country's provinces, municipalities and autono-mous regions, compete during the athletic extravaganza. With COVID-19 still a major consideration, the National Games' organizing committee devised and implemented comprehensive pandemicprevention regulations, with the goal of "zero infections."     

IMPORT FOR IMPETUS

Amid lingering chal-lenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Fourth China International Import Expo (CIIE), held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10, still managed to attract global participants and saw the enduring enthusiasm of domestic buyers and traders. More than $70.7 billion worth of tentative deals were reached for one-year purchases of goods and services at the event, Sun Chenghai, Deputy Director of the CIIE Bureau, told a press conference after its conclusion. Inaugurated in 2018, the CIIE is the world's first import-themed national-level trade show. This year's edition, in a first-ever, launched an online country exhibition. According to the CIIE Bureau, a total of 58 countries and three international orga-nizations participated, with five making their CIIE debut.
