当前,世界正处于百年未有之大变局,国有企业宣传思想工作的外部环境、工作对象、阵地载体都发生了深刻变化,给做好宣传思想工作带来了新挑战、新困难。这迫切需要国有企业通过加强思想引航、文化育人、人文关怀、载体创新、典型选树、品牌塑造来改进宣传思想工作,把解决思想问题同解决实际问题结合起来,因地、因人、因时制宜,尽力缩短认知、情感和需求的间距,切实增强工作的针对性和实效性,不断满足员工日益增长的精神、文化和心理需求。     

河南省农村公共产品供给路径完善研究

为什么公共产品存在着供给不足的现象?在经济发展到今天,仅从市场失灵的角度己经不能给出问题全部的答案,还需要从政府公共产品供给机制上寻找问题的合理解释。公共产品思想对于政府职能的依赖,仅是说明了政府与公共产品提供之间有着密不可分的关系,而从这种依赖关系的存在性中断言公共产品只能由政府来提供,只是看到了问题的一个方面。还应该从市场等方面入手全面的研究,解决公共产品供给中的相关机制问题。从历史回顾、发现问题、借鉴国外经验、补充问题的解决等方面来研究河南省公共产品供给路径完善问题。     

优化广西农村公共文化产品供给的思考

广西农村公共文化服务体系建设尽管取得了一定的成效,但公共文化服务产品的供给与农民日益多样化的文化需求仍有较大差距,确保优质高效的公共文化产品供给成了当前农村文化建设亟待解决的问题。造成广西农村公共文化供给不佳的主要原因是公共文化设施不足、供给与需求不匹配以及缺乏农民组织作为文化建设的依托载体。优化农村公共文化产品供给要建立起政府供给、市场供给与社会供给优势互补的复合供给模式。

如何加强和改进宣传思想工作,我的一条体会是:要把握好“三求”: 一是要研究需求。所谓需求就是客观需要。什么是宣传思想工作的客观需要呢?我认为,它主要包含三个方面:其一,形势的需要;其二,中心工作和任务的需要;其三,职工群众的需要。宣传思想工作一定要对此进
