103名中国汉族唇纹特征分析

本文分析了103名中国汉族人的唇纹特征,其中男性57人,女性46人,年龄范围为22～58岁。按照金子·丑之助提出的分类方法,对中国汉族人的唇纹进行了分类,并进行了统计分析,得出了中国汉族各型唇纹的分类,并且比较了唇纹的性别差异和上下唇之间的差异。中国人唇纹的类型男性以Ⅲ型为高,女性以Ⅰ型为高。     

政府信息化系统群集成化建设模式研究

本文从我国政府信息化分散建设的实际情况出发,为解决不同单位间关联业务数据不共享、协同应用与业务整合的关联松散等实际问题,建立了政府信息化系统群集成化建设的框架模型,综合运用集合空间思想、群判别法知识和集成管理理论,提出了政府信息化系统群集成的判断依据,并对政府信息化系统群集成化建设管理机制进行了充分探索,为促进政府信息化系统群建设管理机制的改进提供借鉴,一定程度上推动了我国政府信息化系统的建设模式创新。     

社会群体性突发事件的应急管理机制研究——以北京市为例

社会群体性突发事件是经济转轨、社会转型中利益矛盾和冲突的一种尖锐表现,认识和处置不当会对社会稳定与和谐发展造成严重影响。本文在已有研究成果的基础上,指明了北京市社会群体性突发事件的特殊性,分析了北京市社会群体性突发事件应急管理机制的现状及问题,进而提出有针对性的对策与建议。     

在古典与浪漫的形式中展现此在的终结——歌德《浮士德》“山谷”之诠释

歌德《浮士德·第二部》最后一场“山谷”是古希腊悲剧形式和德意志浪漫精神的完美结合.尽管浮士德全场缺席,然而他却无处不在,其中诸男性形象均为浮士德的本质性变形.他在向往神性的过程中走完此在的最后瞬间,不断向上意味着原先的无神论人本主义者浮士德的神性皈依,承认并敬仰在人之上的更高存在,最终成为崇拜圣母玛丽亚的博士.     

"工会理论创新研讨会"发言摘登

2006年5月10日,中共中央政治局委员、全国人大常委会副委员长、中华全国总工会主席王兆国在全国工会领导干部高级研讨班上做了《坚持以理论创新推动工会工作创新》的重要讲话。全面阐述了新形势下加强工会理论研究的重要性,进一步明确了当前必须重点研究和探索的重大理论和现实问题,着重强调了加强工会理论研究必须把握的重要原则,对加强工会理论研究与创新具有重要指导意义。为了深刻学习领会讲话精神,我院工会理论研究所于6月20日召开了工会理论创新研讨会,北京市总工会党组副书记、副主席侯小丽到会并就工会理论研究要与实际工作紧密结合发表讲话,全国总工会研究室有关处室的领导参加会议,并对与会发言做了点评。现将工会理论研究所研究人员的发言稿(以发言先后为序)摘登如下,希望引起大家的深入研究和探讨。     

注重考试环节提高教学质量

考试是教学的重要环节,不同的学科、不同的课程有不同的特点。命题应严格遵循全面考核,突出重点,理论联系实际,注重考查学生的实务操作能力这一原则。在试题内容上,应难易适度;在阅卷方式上,应根据题型的不同采用不同的判分标准;在应试技巧上,应教导学生要懂、吃透基础知识,学会总结典型题型。同时应加强学生考前模拟训练。     

Extreme poverty alleviation through community-based entrepreneurship: PRODECO in Paraguay

Community-based entrepreneurship projects have been advocated as a potential approach to alleviate extreme poverty as they provide opportunities for income generation and capacity enhancement. This practical note provides an overview of the PRODECO project undertaken jointly by the Paraguayan government and the World Bank (1999–2008) in three southern departments of Paraguay (Itapúa, Misiones, and Ñeembucú). It describes and analyses the context, scope, operations, and results of this project, and identifies five main lessons related to frequent challenges faced by this approach; on size, access to skills, distance from government agencies, pace, and technology.     

Small state or minor power? New Zealand’s Five Eyes membership,intelligence reforms,and Wellington’s response to China’s growing Pacific role

ABSTRACT

This article uses the lens of small state theory to assess New Zealand’s role in the Five Eyes Alliance and Wellington’s implementation of intelligence reforms in the last seven years that are intended to help the country deal with a transformed security environment. In this context, New Zealand decision-makers have become increasingly concerned about growing Chinese influence in the South Pacific region and in New Zealand itself. It is clear that the New Zealand’s response to these developments resembles that of a minor power rather than a classical small state.     

Acknowledging the Suffering Caused by State-Mandated Sexual Violence and Crimes: An Assessment of the Iraqi High Tribunal

The Iraqi High Tribunal (IHT), as a mechanism of transitional justice, took upon it a pioneering role within the Middle Eastern Region by prosecuting and convicting several high-ranking members of the former suppressive regime in Iraq. As part of this work, the IHT confronted the widespread impunity for and disregard of gender-based crimes, such as rape and other sexual violence, and took steps towards reforming the sector through its progressive statute and the specific acknowledgment of gender crimes within its judgments. It will be the aim of the following article to extend academic writings on Iraq, the IHT and gender, by providing insights into how the tribunal dealt with the issues of rape and sexual violence, the surrounding circumstances and how successful the IHT's recognition of these crimes proved for transitional justice in Iraq.
