挤压综合征大鼠血清酶浓度变化的初步研究

目的观察挤压伤大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶心肌同功酶(CK-MB)浓度的变化,阐明肢体挤压伤大鼠早期是否存在心脏损伤。方法复制挤压伤大鼠动物模型,全自动生化分析仪检测血清CK、CK-MB浓度的变化。结果挤压伤后12h,血清CK、CK-MB浓度显著升高,并持续48h以上。结论肢体挤压伤早期可能有心脏损伤的存在。     

福建省违法犯罪青少年的个性特征研究

为探讨青少年违法犯罪与个性的关系,采用艾森克个性问卷对621名13－19岁违法犯罪青少年和1371名相应年龄在校学生按不同年龄段和性别进行对照研究,发现16－19岁男性违法犯罪青少年外向性（E）、精神质（P）评分显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）,13－15岁男性违法犯罪少年精神质（P）、神经质（N）评分显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）,16－19岁女性违法犯罪青少年神经质（N）评分低于对照组（P＜0．05）,不同违法犯罪类型之间各个维度无统计学差异,表明外向性、精神质和神经质与男性青少年违法犯罪相关,倾稳性可能与女性青少年违法犯罪有关。     

The SEM observation of brain tissues and vascular corrosion cast of closed diffuse brain injuries

The morphologic changes of the closed injured brain of rats were observed by SEM. The rats either died immediately after conclusive injuries or were killed after 5 minutes to 5 days after injuries. The main changes were as follows: the diffuse disorder, twist, wave-like distortion and break of neuron fibers; axonal swelling; formation of axonal retraction balls; stripping and denotation of myelin sheath The ball-like swelling of neuron, break of neuron membrane and vascular wall, and microthrombus formations were also observed. These damages worsened with prolongation of surviving time of the rats. The axonal retraction ball appeared 8 hours after the injury and was approximately 3-5 cm in diameter, and developed to 7-8 cm after 3-5 days. It is observed that frontal lobe, cerebellum and brain stem were severely damaged.     

A pathological study of hemorrhage and necrosis of pancreas due to poisoned death: analysis of 22 cases

Pathological changes of pancreas in 22 cases died of intoxication were studied and the mechanism was discussed. The results showed that: in death cases by eating of toxicants, the hemorrhage and necrosis of pancreas is extensive mainly in caput and corpus, while inhaling of carbon monoxide is focal in corpus and cauda.     

Polymorphism and haplotype study of Y-chromosomal multi-STRs loci in Han population in Guangzhou

Using polymerase chain reaction and silver stain, polymorphism and haplotype study of Y-chromosomal multi-STRs loci: DYS19, DYS389I/II, DYS390 were studied. 111 samples of male were collected from Guangzhou area. 5 alleles were determined in DYS19 locus, 4 alleles in DYS389I locus, 5 alleles in DYS389II locus and 5 alleles in DYS390 locus. Compared with other racial populations, differences of distribution of allele frequencies existed significantly. 72 haplotype were present in this study.     

The use of the Foster & Freeman Fx5 Fibre Finder in forensic textile examinations.

The Fx5 Fibre Finder has been developed by Foster & Freeman Ltd to automatically search tape lifts for coloured fibres specified by the operator. Experiments and casework studies have been conducted to assess primarily the performance of the instrument but also, where possible, to compare it with manual searching. Tape lifts have always been manually searched at this laboratory and it is a laborious task. The use of a machine such as the Fx5 would release a scientist from many hours of low power microscopy to be free for other duties and therefore could be a valuable labour saving device in forensic textile examination.     

Marine taphonomy: adipocere formation in a series of bodies recovered from a single shipwreck.

Taphonomy of marine environments has been studied mostly from individual cases. The formation of adipocere, or "grave-wax," is an important indicator of the postmortem interval. In the present paper, the conditions and the timing of adipoceric formation are observed in a series of 15 cadavers recovered at different times, over a period of 433 days, from the same contained environment. Initial foci of adipocere on the subcutaneous tissue of the cadavers were detected as early as 38 days from the time of immersion in cold (10-12 degrees C) sea water. The discrepancies between our findings and previous reports on the correlation between time since death and decomposition stages in marine environments are discussed.     

Turkey and Russia in a shifting global order: cooperation,conflict and asymmetric interdependence in a turbulent region

The current global political economy is characterised by the intensifying economic interaction of BRICS and ‘near BRICS’ economies, with emerging powers increasing their influence in neighbouring regions. The growing partnership between Turkey and Russia constitutes a useful case study for examining this transformation, in which Western supremacy and US hegemony are under increasing challenge. Turkish–Russian relations shed light on broader themes in global political economy. First, significant economic interdependence may be generated among states with different political outlooks, in the form of loose regional integration schemes driven by bilateral relations between key states and supporting private actors or interests. Second, growing economic interdependence may coexist with continued political conflict and geopolitical rivalry, as indicated by the Syrian and Ukrainian crises. An important strategy that emerges is the tendency to compartmentalise economic issues and geopolitical rivalries in order to avoid negative spill-over effects. This facilitates the coexistence of extensive competition with deepening cooperation, as reflected in relations in the field of energy.     

关于1937年9月25日八路军115师平型关之战的称谓

对于 1937年 9月 2 5日八路军 115师在平型关的战斗的研究越来越深入 ,但有关的著作和文章对该战的称谓却比较混乱。有的称为“平型关战役”1 ,有的称为“平型关战斗”2 ,有的称为“平型关伏击战”3,有的则称为“平型关大捷”4,等等。所有这些都给中共党史、中国革命史、中国近代史及中华民国史的教学与研究带来了很多的不便 ,也影响着海峡两岸学术界的交流。同时 ,随着研究的深入 ,从历史编撰学的角度来说 ,给该战以统一的称谓也是很有必要的。七七事变之后 ,日军轻取平津 ,以 30万的兵力 ,自北而南 ,沿交通要道长驱直入 ,扬言 3个月之内灭…     

肉用鸡垂体-肾上腺轴与免疫功能关系的研究

以艾维茵肉鸡为试验动物,研究了垂体-肾上腺轴在传染性腔上囊病病毒(IBDV)强毒株攻击时对免疫系统的调节作用.结果表明,用IBDV强毒株攻击后,试验鸡垂体-肾上腺轴活动加强,血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和皮质酮(F)上升,抗IBDV抗体、白细胞介素2(IL-2)和白细胞介素3(IL-3)上升,T淋巴细胞转化率下降.未经IBD疫苗免疫的鸡由于免疫系统遭到IBDV破坏,在IBDV强毒株攻毒后,抗IBDV抗体、IL-2和IL-3的上升幅度均比经IBD疫苗免疫的低.试验鸡血清ACTH和F分别与抗IBDV抗体、IL-2和IL-3呈显著正相关,与T淋巴细胞转化率呈显著负相关,显示机体受病原微生物攻击后垂体-肾上腺轴对免疫系统的调节作用,即增强特异性免疫反应,抑制非特异性免疫细胞的扩增.
